He has previously worked with Triune Projects, Enviro Clean Systems, and Kotak Securities and holds a Master’s in Management Studies from BITS Pilani.

With 24+ years of experience in legal strategy, compliance, governance, ethics, and risk, Shujath leads these functions as Chief Legal Officer at Fourth Partner Energy. He has held leadership roles at Re Sustainability, Parexel, International Paper, and Deloitte. A lawyer and company secretary with executive education from Harvard, ISB, and NLSIU.

Dr. Anjali Desai, Head of HR at Fourth Partner Energy, brings 30+ years of experience including 5 at FPEL. She leads people strategy, green jobs, and inclusion. Previously worked at TCS, Wipro, IIM Ahmedabad, Mylan, Rockwell Collins. She is PhD in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Masters in Applied Psychology and Masters in Financial Management from University of Mumbai.

Has close to 15 years of experience, including 9 at FPEL, where his responsibilities include equity fundraising, structured debt, working capital, M&A, and investor relations. He has previously worked at GIC Re and Verisk. He holds an MBA from ISB, a master’s in Statistics, and is an FRM charter holder.

Seasoned business leader with 20+ years of experience in strategy & business development in Power Sector, including 7 years at Fourth Partner Energy. He held key roles at Reliance Infra and Eirich. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, and has completed an Executive Program in Applied Finance from IIM Calcutta.

Pradeep is a seasoned finance professional with over 18 years of experience in driving business growth through strategic financial analysis, compliance, and operational efficiency. A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost Accountant (ICWA).

With over 35 years of experience in the Solar and Defence industries, including 12 years at FPEL, he previously led the North Region at HBL Power Systems and played a key role in developing its off-grid Solar Division. He holds an MBA and a degree in Electronics Engineering.

With over 30 years of global experience in Strategy, Marketing, and International Business across the Power, Energy, and Marine sectors, including five years at FPEL, Sajid has previously worked with Essar Group and Weatherford. He is an ISB alumnus and a Master Mariner with a degree in Nautical Science from Blackpool & The Fylde College, UK.

With 20+ years of experience in Risk Management and Consulting, including seven years at FPEL, Jignasa excels in risk evaluation, pricing, debt fundraising, and fund management. An NMIMS MBA and VJTI Civil Engineering graduate, she’s worked with HDFC and Yes Bank.

Over 20 years expertise in Project execution, Design and Product development – he is part of 4PEL’s Founding team. He holds a Master’s Degree in Electronics & Engineering.

With over 23 years of cross-functional experience in the Power and Renewables sector, including five years at FPEL, Karan has worked with GE, Cummins, and Accenture across various geographies. He holds a Chemical Engineering degree from IIT-BHU and an MBA from Purdue University.
