Lead Generation:
- Researching of various practices being followed by competitors and keeping track of new developments happening in industry.
- Finding prospective clients and generation of quality leads useful to the Company.
- Data base analysis for leads.
- Reach out to prospective leads via E-mail campaigning.
- Cold calling, Cold visits.
Lead Processing and Closure:
- Understanding client’s requirements & preparation of proposals.
- Regular follow-ups post submission of offer and keeping track of competitors’ offerings.
- Highlighting FPEL’s strength areas and closure of deals to meet expected annual sales targets of revenue and margins.
- Market intelligence.
- Negotiating PPAs.
Post-Sales Support:
- Coordination with project team and other cross functional teams to meet project timelines & quality as per agreement with client.
- Regular follow-up with clients for timely payment collection and ensure that payments are released as per payment terms.
Regulatory and Power trading:
- Understand and advise the firm continuously with the updates on new regulations related to open access, power exchange/ trade and renewable and ISTS projects.
- Preparing strategies for risk management on the basis of new regulations.
- Well versed with power trading products and process.
- To execute and deliver short term power trading contracts.
- To co-ordinate with internal teams for supervision of trading contracts.
Others:
- Analyse the territory’s market potential, track sales and work on improving market share.
- To represent the firm at external events and conferences in order to improve visibility of FPEL.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly sales report as required.
- Maintaining the work records in the ERP in timely manner.
