Location:
Gurgaon and Hyderabad
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering / Science).
- Postgraduate in Management (Commercial, Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering) preferred.
Experience:
- Junior Level (3-5 Yrs)
- Mid Level (5-7 yrs)
Technical Knowledge:
Experience in Power Sector will be preferred
Skills:
Communication (written and verbal), Presentation, Negotiation, Analytical and Problem Solving
Job Objective:
This position will be responsible for prospective client identification, client communication, deal structuring, submitting an indicative pricing proposal, meeting the client and delivering technical presentation, price negotiation and finalization, negotiating on the credit and payment guarantee terms for supply of Power, finalization of the contract & signing of the power purchase agreement with Commercial and Industrial consumers
Roles & Responsibilities (as stated and not limited to):
- Lead Generation:
- Finding prospective clients for generation of good quality leads.
- Data base analysis for leads.
- Reach out to prospective leads via E-mail campaigning, Cold calling, Cold visits.
- Lead Processing:
- Understanding client’s requirements & preparation of proposals in coordination with site survey, design, Bidcell and corporate development team.
- Lead Closure:
- Regular follow-ups post submission of offer and keeping track of competitors’ offerings.
- Highlighting FPEL’s strength areas and closure of deals to meet expected annual sales targets of revenue and margins.
- Market intelligence.
- Negotiating and closing PPAs.
- Post-Sales Support:
- Coordination with project team and other cross functional teams to meet project timelines & quality as per agreement with client.
- Regular follow-up with clients for timely payment collection and ensure that payments are released as per payment terms.
- Coordination with service team to meet expected generation and cost savings for clients.
- Interaction and coordination with service team in times of troubleshooting reported by clients.
- Competition Mapping:
- Researching of various practices being followed by competitors and keeping track of new developments happening in industry.
- Developing Strategic Partnerships:
- Developing channel partners and EPC partners, train them and maintain healthy business relationships to generate regular business for the firm.
- To build strategic partnerships not only with clients but also with other stakeholders such as existing and potential suppliers, investors, consultants etc.
- MIS/Others:
- Analyse the territory’s market potential, track sales and work on improving market share.
- To represent the firm at external events and conferences in order to improve visibility of FPEL.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly sales report as required.
- Maintaining the work records in the ERP in timely manner.
- Others:
- Involves travel within India and hence the ability to be away from home for long periods of time.
- Willingness to be available and frequently work out of regular business hours.
